OPEN ROAD TUNING, LLC continually strives to provide accurate and up to date product pricing and product information. However, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In certain cases (although rare), OPEN ROAD TUNING, LLC cannot confirm an exact price until after the order has been placed. In event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. In most cases, a member of the OPEN ROAD TUNING, LLC staff will contact you allowing you the option to continue with the order or cancel the order. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
ORT PRODUCT FULFILLMENT AND CONTENTS
OPEN ROAD TUNING, LLC consistently tries to provide its customers with outstanding products backed by unmatched service and support. Due to stock availability, manufacturing, shipping, etc. we are not always able to fulfill orders with the exact part pictured on our site. Therefore, we reserve the right to substitute out of stock with in stock like parts without any prior notice or consent. We will never compromise the safety of our customers by sending out lesser quality or inferior parts.
CURRENCY AND EXCHANGE RATE
Due to the fact that many of the products we sell are imported from Europe, prices will fluctuate depending upon the current market exchange rate. At no time will you be charged a higher price without the option to cancel your order first. Prices are subject to change without notice.
ORT SHIPPING AND ORDERING
OPEN ROAD TUNING, LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders for any reason. Built-to-order products (i.e. BagYard struts, ForgeLine Wheels, etc. ) typically require prepayment in full or a down payment before any work is started. Should the special order part be in stock, full payment will expected at the time of ordering. Some special order parts will require a non-refundable deposit at the time the order is placed. The deposit will not be refunded even in the event of customer cancellation.
ORT COUPON CODES AND PROMOTIONAL SPECIALS
OPEN ROAD TUNING, LLC coupon codes and promotional specials are an excellent way for our customers to save money and purchase parts at a reduced rate. Due to the nature of our specials and promotions, we must limit each customer to the use of one promotional code per order. Whilst sometimes there are multiple promotions running at one time, we leave it to the discretion of our customers to choose which special they would like to take advantage of. 'FULL KIT' or 'COMPLETE KIT' promotions must be purchased in a 'COMPLETE KIT' configuration -- i.e. front struts/bags, rear struts/bags and management. If there are parts removed from the kit, this no longer qualifies for a 'COMPLETE KIT' promotion. OPEN ROAD TUNING, LLC reserves the right to cancel, refund or deny any orders which try to circumvent any promotional guidelines.

PRODUCT WARRANTY
OPEN ROAD TUNING, LLC offer customers a one-year product warranty via the manufacturer of the product. The manufacturers warranty covers workmanship and material defects. OPEN ROAD TUNING, LLC will not be held liable for any warranty on products not manufactured or branded OPEN ROAD TUNING or ORT. In order for a warranty claim to be submitted, you must provide us with a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase. OPEN ROAD TUNING, LLC will only replace or repair warranty items, we will not issue any refunds regardless of the situation. OPEN ROAD TUNING, LLC reserves the right to have the product tested in-house or by the manufacturer prior to issuing any warranty adjustment. OPEN ROAD TUNING, LLC will not pay for any consequential or incidental damages/costs incurred. Due to the potential failure of products that are installed or used improperly, ORT cannot offer full warranty coverage on electrical components.
DAMAGED/MISSING IN SHIPMENT
If you receive a damaged item from OPEN ROAD TUNING, LLC or from one of our drop ship suppliers, it is your duty to contact us within 5 working days of the receipt of shipment. Do not discard any of the boxing, packing materials, or broken items. In most cases, you will receive replacement items for those that have gone missing or been damaged in shipment. In the event of a shortage or missing item, OPEN ROAD TUNING, LLC must be contacted within 5 days of the shipment leaving our facility or our supplier’s facility (if the shipment is a drop ship).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND SHIPPING
OPEN ROAD TUNING, LLC is familiar with international shipments and welcomes international orders. Please be advised that your country may impose duty fees, or other import taxes and charges based on the product origin or declared value. Please also take note that OPEN ROAD TUNING, LLC will not circumvent the customs and import control system by declaring a lower value on an outbound package. OPEN ROAD TUNING, LLC will not be held responsible for duty, taxes and import charges on returned items. If you’re concerned with additional charges, please contact your local customs and import control authority for further information. All sales, exchanges and returns are calculated in US Dollars (USD). We will not be held responsible for fluctuations in currency value.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
OPEN ROAD TUNING, LLC accepts no returns or exchanges after 30 days from the original shipment date. All parts are subject to a restocking fee which, is to be determined by ORT based on the nature of the return and the product in question. In addition to the above return policy, there are absolutely no returns or exchanges on custom ordered or built-to-order parts (i.e. BagYard, TAR•OX, Watercooled Ind, Rotiform, Forgeline, etc). In the event that a custom order must be cancelled after the work has been started, the order is subject to a 25% cancellation fee. The order cancellation fee is dependent upon the status of the order at the time of cancellation. All returned items must be complete with original boxing, packing materials, stickers, manuals and manufacturer information. Should any of the aforementioned be missing from the package, you will be subject to an additional fee for replacement. Should you wish to return your product for a full refund, please contact OPEN ROAD TUNING, LLC by email or phone. All credit card refunds are assessed a 3% transaction fee, no exceptions! Please be advised that product refunds take several working days to complete. Before any product is returned, contact OPEN ROAD TUNING, LLC by email or phone to obtain an RMA number. After receiving your RMA number, we will provide the necessary return shipment information. OPEN ROAD TUNING, LLC will not be responsible for any return postage, fees, taxes, etc.
CORE CHARGES AND CORE + CASH EXCHANGE
Core charges are applicable to some of the products carried by OPEN ROAD TUNING, LLC. Core charges are collected before any work or services are rendered. To receive a full refund on the initial core charge, the core item must be returned in the original box your new part arrived in. Also, please note, the core part must be a serviceable or rebuildable part. This means the core part does not have any missing pieces and has not sustained any irreparable damage. Items deemed ‘non-rebuildable’ by OPEN ROAD TUNING, LLC will not receive a core charge refund. Core + Cash exchanges are only applicable to BagYard Air Ride front strut setups. Core + cash exchanges involve the exchange of older BagYard Air Ride front struts for newer (often shorter or altered) units. Core + cash exchange fees are determined on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a fee decided upon by OPEN ROAD TUNING, LLC and BagYard Air Ride. Core + cash exchange program fees are to be paid in full before any services are rendered or any products are shipped. Before any new/exchange products are shipped from OPEN ROAD TUNING, LLC, the core units must be returned. The core units will be thoroughly inspected and tested. If the core product is found to be in poor condition, the fee will be subject to an increase dependent upon the condition of the core product. Please be advised that the core + cash exchange fee is a non-refundable fee and new/exchange struts are often remanufactured or rebuilt units. All new/exchange struts are leak tested and pressure tested before being shipped to the customer. OPEN ROAD TUNING, LLC reserves the right to deny any core + cash exchange transactions at any point during the process. Should OPEN ROAD TUNING, LLC decide to cancel the transaction, your money will be refunded and your core product will be returned.
INSTALLATION AND USE POLICY
OPEN ROAD TUNING, LLC recommends professional installation of any aftermarket parts. OPEN ROAD TUNING, LLC cannot be held liable for any damages caused due to improper installation. Air suspension products sold by OPEN ROAD TUNING, LLC are intended for show and off-road use. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and abide by local laws with regard to air suspension usage.
PRIVACY POLICY
OPEN ROAD TUNING, LLC will remain the sole owner of any information collected on our site. OPEN ROAD TUNING, LLC will not sell, rent or share any information with outside parties. Please be advised that OPEN ROAD TUNING, LLC will send out mailings from time to time. We do collect data and statistical information from transactions on our site. This data is used to help improve ordering and order processing as well as create a better user experience. Should you feel that OPEN ROAD TUNING, LLC is not adhering to its privacy policy, please contact us.
